The Beginnings of “Mixed Brood”
The comic strip “Mixed Brood” and main character Flash! are inspired by my little buddy Flash (photo left). My girlfriend and I adopted Flash from the Seattle Beagle Rescue in 2004. Ever since, he has provided us with endless entertainment and huge laughs! He’s a senior citizen these days but still quite the hooligan. He works in the QA/QC department and inspects each comic that bares his likeness so rest assured there won’t be any stinkers in here (at least to him anyway). One thing before signing off, Flash tends to hold a grudge so please don’t forget to check back often for new entries…or he may send the Goose to pay you a visit!
